Hello. My name is Rachel and I looking for some help.

I have started with MFP multiple times, but have not been successful. Each time I start again the weight is higher than the previous time.

This time I am trying to get a community with me. I am young and only have about 30 pounds to lose. Most people ask why I am bothering because I look "fine". But I don't want to just look fine. I want to look great. If you are in the same boat, I would love your support.

I am hoping with a community and accountability I won't quit this time.

    Hi Rachel, I'm Rachel! I will totally be here for you for support! We Rachel's have to stick together! I have learned you have haters on here and you have those that will genuinely be nice and supportive so be careful adding to many people as friends!
    I am just on day 9 for myself and my daughters and I am doing this cause I don't want to be the fat friend anymore!!
