New to this sort of thing

Hi there! I'm new to all of this. I don't really have any weight loss goals...just trying to live healthier. I began practicing Bikram yoga in October and fell in love and as a result began eating cleaner. I've lost a bit of weight, not much, but I believe it has to do with the water consumption and eating right. I'm what most would consider skinny fat. Skinny but not necessarily healthy. I've since gained stregth and feel so much better.

All of your stories are so encouraging and I hope to learn much and stay encouraged.
