Good bye 100 POUNDS!! Pics :)

Today, i hit a huge milestone. I lost 100 lbs! I never, ever thought I could do this but i have and its SO worth it. I started in February of last year, so it's been about 11 months. I started at 277 lbs. Today my scale said 177 lbs. My goal is only 20 lbs away. That seems so close when you start with a 120 lb goal. My goal is on the higher side than most but i;m not sure that I would look good much lower. I do plan on reevaluating once I get there and decide if i'm happy there or would like to try for a bit more. I am a curvy girl so for all of you that ask if you wlll lose your curves, NO, if you are naturally curvy then that is your body type and will still have them. They actually are more pronounced with the weight loss

How i did it... I stuck to the calorie goals that MFP set for me. I don't eat completely "clean" but i do much more than I use to. I'm pretty good monday-thursday and a bit more relaxed about it on the weekends. I never joined a gym. Just walking and chasing around my 2 toddlers (exercise in and of itself . My biggest success came from replacing all soda with water. I use to drink 4-5 cups of pepsi a day. I don't touch any soda now. Its not worth the calories to me. I actually tried a sip of my nieces a couple months ago and i couldnt believe i use to drink that. Blech!
