starting the change!

Hey peeps! I am soo excited about this site. My big sis told me about it this past weekend and I decided to give it a try... I had already started logging my food intake in a journal, but all I do differently is now I log in my own journal and I try to fill this in after each meal and if I can't do it after each meal, I do it each night after my entire day's worth of intake. I have started working out and have DRASTICALLY changed my diet and this website helps so much. I can't wait to see what my next weigh in shows! Good luck to every1 out there!
