I need help working out my...working outs.

I'm 5'11 and weigh 138 lbs, that's pretty much an okay weight to be according to everyone in the world. Problem is, I still look like a pudgy little boy and I'm thinking it's either because of my diet or the fact that I don't exercise at all. I walk my dog for an hour or two every day, but that's about it.
I hate exercise, I hate eating healthy things (mostly because I hate cooking, and cooking is what makes healthy things taste good) and I hate cats. Those are just the three facts we're dealing with here. I don't own any exercising equipment at the moment, and the gym is out of option for me. I might be getting an old exercise bike from a friend, and I'm searching for a cheap set of hand...weights. Dumbbells? Dumbbells. This is how little I know about these things. So what I want to know, is which simple exercise movements I can start with in order to build muscle and tone my body up a little? I don't care about big muscles, I just want to appear a bit more athletic.
I'm hoping the walking, exercise bike and maybe some squats will handle the legs. That just leaves my arms, chest and stomach. And back, if that wasn't covered in chest and stomach. I was going to do crunches, but apparently they're worthless and were made up by the communists. Thanks a lot, Obama.

They also have an advanced training regimen for when that gets too easy. But I don't have that book marked.0 -
There are also a ton of youtube exercise programs you can search for to get an idea of things to do. You don't need to lose anymore weight but its going to take you awhile to get the athletic look you might be thinking of with being new to lifting.0

Okay weight? No, at your height that is under weight. I am 5'6" and weigh 146, and I am not big at all.
I would suggest you eat at a surplus and lift heavy to add some lean muscle, then once you put on some muscle (fat will also be gained) then do a cut cycle to lower your body fat %. I would suggested getting 1 gram of protein per lb of lean body mass as a minimum.
To gain muscle you will need adequate protein intake, a caloric surplus, a heavy lifting strength training routine, and time.0 -
Nerdfitness has a lot of good bodyweight workouts that you can use.
Basically do pushups or pushup variants, Squats or squat variants, and pullups or pullup variants0 -

Many of her workouts are just body weight and require no equipment. They are also really short, but killer!0
