NEWBIE

Just beginning this journey and could use support / encouragement while following the Wheat Belly theory. So far the success has been awesome, in one week I am down 9 lbs by not eating any sugar or wheat (read any pre-packaged foods as wheat is in everything!!

I know, I know - it really is too much too quickly but I am thrilled to not be hungry all the time, the cravings are gone for that junk and after indulging so horribly over the holidays it feels good to get on the scale and see real numbers.

I have also been back in the gym working very hard. My daughter is my coach and cheerleader and has really pushed me to do more than I would on my own. I hope the trend continues!!!

We also have a weight lose challenge going at work so the motivation is high there also.
