    For me in a week, 2lbs is what I have set to loose each week, everyone is different:smile:

    first, welcome to our little slice of heaven (sugar free/fat free slice of course!)

    I'll respectfully request you put some more detail in. This question is a little to general to make any answer we give worth anything to you. I.E. what kind of exercise, how long (per day and for how many days) have you been excercising? What is your health condition, What do you mean by "see it working?"? (I.E. are you looking for appearance changes? or better feeling, or weight loss...etc?).
    if you can answer these questions then we could come up with some more concrete answers, although, it's always going to be different for everyone.

    It depends on what you're looking for?? Some are here to get healthy, most for weight loss, some to see inches go away. We all have different goals and we all start from different starting points. I wish you the best of luck and know that we're all here for you.
