The suggested calorie burn for a body combat class is 737 cvalories, however i don't know what weight this is based on and none of the les mills classess are on the system. What do you log it as? and how long?

I use a HRM and burn about 300 for the 2 60min classes n the Beach Body kit. I am in good cardio shape & weigh 125. Everyone is different. HRM is the best way to be consistent, but manufacturer's vary so do results. I like to say JUST DO IT !! Nike got it right! Kiiiyaaa...you can create your own exercises here & I log everything under cardio to get the extra calories..Good luck!0

The only way to know how many calories you are personally burning is to get a HRM. I finally broke down and put one on my Christmas list this year and it's been illuminating to say the least.
I just bought this set and have done a few workouts. I am 5'4" and weigh 155, and am female. For the 60 minute workout I burn about 525 calories. For the 30 minute one I burn 275. For the 45 minute one I burned 350. They all have different levels of intensity, so the calorie burn is going to vary from workout to workout.
I find that most of the calorie claims are grossly over-rated. If you want to count specific calories, a heart rate monitor would be a good investment for you.0
