    not a huge fan of icecream, but LOVE gelato... theres a gelato shop I go to that has canolli flavored gelato and it is like eating heaven :heart: and when I can't get to that shop I eat the coconut flavored gelato from talenti :) the flavor is so refreshing :)

    Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, anything with chocolate or brownies in it...or caramel...damn...Haha now I really want ice cream!

    I make our own ice cream and the favourite flavour around here at the moment is roasted strawberry ice cream.

    I coat the strawberries lightly in a mixture of caster sugar and finely ground black pepper (yes, pepper - it brings out the sweetness of the strawberries) and drizzle with a sweet balsamic vinegar (a 4 leaf rated one) and bake in the oven about 20 minutes until they go just soft and a oozy bubbling juice comes out. The strawberries and juice are then refrigerated until cold...2/3 of this mix is added in when I beat the ice cream mix so it is basically pureed...the other 1/3 is lightly broken up with a fork and added to the ice cream churn just before the icecream is done (at about soft serve consistency). This is best left to freeze up overnight as the flavours really develop nicely.

    Also... there is something I have heard but never have tried... supposedly on BYU campus there

    is a Creamery that has Tobasco flavored Ice Cream that is apple flavor based... Never got

    around to looking for it :'(
