Recently i've been juicing fruits and drinking that for breakfast. Does anyone know how to count the calories on that? Or should i not count calories for it, since it is only fruit and nothing else. I'm really confused about this.

Thank you for replies! :)

In order to calculate the calories you have to subract the amount of calories that are in the fiber of the fruit. Each gram of fiber equals 4 calories. Hope that helps.

It needs to be counted as it contains calories (1 cup/ 250ml of OJ is about 110 calories), it all comes down to the ingredients you're using and the total volume being consumed.
