Recently i've been juicing fruits and drinking that for breakfast. Does anyone know how to count the calories on that? Or should i not count calories for it, since it is only fruit and nothing else. I'm really confused about this.

In order to calculate the calories you have to subract the amount of calories that are in the fiber of the fruit. Each gram of fiber equals 4 calories. Hope that helps.0

It needs to be counted as it contains calories (1 cup/ 250ml of OJ is about 110 calories), it all comes down to the ingredients you're using and the total volume being consumed.0
