Body Craving those empty calories - need tips/advice

Today marks 1 week since I really started focusing on what I'm eating again. I met all my goals for the first week, a) exercised at least 30 minutes 5 days a week - managed to exercise all 7 days! b) started within my calorie allowance at least 6 days - I missed it by 10 the night of my FIL birthday party and c) lost at least 1.5 - 2 lbs a week - lost exactly 2 lbs. But now my problem is, I'm hitting that 1 week UGH feeling. I'm having a slight headache, just lack of focus. I know it's because I cut out a lot of caffeine and sugar and my body is basically having withdraw. I know I have to just push through it and my body will adjust, but when you have work to do and you feel UGH! it's hard to keep motivated. Any tips? I haven't cut out caffeine, just reduced the soda (diet sodas cause me to have migraines) and reduced the chocolate intake that I allow my sweet tooth to have.
