Motivation to get up and go to the gym!

As for eating before the gym, I always try to eat something before the gym. It gives me energy to give my all in every workout. It doesn't have to be anything big, especially in the morning but just a banana would help.
Also, you you have any more trouble getting up you can always try this0 -
I really need to give this a try, if I got into a routine it would be easy, but it is the first time that is a killer I bet0

Lay out your gym clothes, ipod, headphones, water, keys, sneakers etc. before you go to sleep. That way when your alarm goes off it's all right in front of you and it seems easier and less excuses! It will also help you get to the gym faster and get your day going rather than finding all of that stuff and picking out clothes.0
