So I am having a difficult time determining what my fat burning heart rate should be. I have heart murmurs so my heart beat is freakishly slow...like 45 beats per minute at rest stage. How do I determine what my fat burn hear rate should be?

Totally unnecessary thing to figure out. There's no special "zone" that has you burning more fat. Workout to your best effort and everything you burn will be a bonus. If I workout in my fat burning zone I'm not even breaking a sweat. It's really just a game the HRM people play so they can add more features.

Should i at least be doing intervals? Last night i would get it up to around 170 (scary fast for me) and then i would let it go back down to around 100 and then ramp it back up. I heard that is the best way to keep your body burning fat even after you are done exercising. I just got a watch pedometer / heart rate monitor so I want to use it to it's full potential. Thanks for the advice!
