My Struggle

So, I found out about something, what really makes my weighloss hard (not saing unarchievable). When I switch to healthy eating (meaning no sweets, junky foods etc) I can last on it only a week. Then my motivation hides somewhere, and I screw up. I eat everything in my site, including junky foods, sweets, french fries... the list goes on and on...
Anyone else got this? How can I overcome this?

so I read this and the first thing that pops in my head is "she is being too strict with herself". Next, I look at your diary and see that you are under your goal by 400-800 calories almost every day. Confirmed.
Set up your MFP goals. Stick to them. End the day with 0 calories remaining. If you do this, the weight loss actually becomes SUSTAINABLE and you can stick to it.0 -
Willpower and don't "diet", make a lifestyle change that includes things you like in moderation.0

I'm that way too on the weekends. It feels like a free for all. I just have to take it one day at a time...0

did you lose the weight shown on your site- by following the "calorie" diet? Just curious. I put everything into my profile and it states i need to eat 1450 calories a day and excercise 4 times a week (my choice) to lose 1.5 a week--and while im not strictly eating carrots and celery- i AM staying within my calorie range and i have only lost 1 lb since the 1st........a little frustrated......ideas?0
