Heart Rate Monitor

Any suggestions for a heart rate monitor? I've just started Insanity so I will need a heart rate monitor that fits firmly and stays in place while I'm jumping around, up and down. I also need one that is accurate and I'm trying to keep the cost at a minimum, however I'm willing to invest in a GOOD one.

Please advise.
