Hi! I am new :)

Hey everyone!
Just thought I would stick my nose in here and say hello to everyone on the forum!
I decided to join this site to track my eating habits and to get helpful hints and tips on how to stay trim and healthy as well as to share my own advice and experience!
I am at present a healthy 140 pounds but my fitness levels are not great and I also have some bad eating habits I am trying to curb! I do maintain a generally healthy diet, but I am horribly addicted to sugar I hate to say :P
I used to weigh 119 pounds naturally until I suddenly out of the blue started feel horrible each and every day, finding it hard to get out of bed and always feeling tired. I had a blood test and found out I had an under active thyroid. Since then I have put on weight and I am getting a little concerned about this, and this is another reason why I want to start watching what I am eating before I put on too much weight in the long term.
