Was it the Squats?

I did the December "squat challenge" and found that it did get easier as the days went on. I didn't know what to expect after December was over but this is what I DID discover.... It is easier to "hoover" above a public toilet...lol. The other one was that my legs look/seem smaller. I have always had thick thighs and feel like I have "saddle bags" not bad but they are there. Just in the last couple of days I have noticed when I walk, and am able to see my legs, the "saddle bags" don't look quite as BAD. Could this be a result of the squats that I have done? If so I do believe I WILL CONTINUE THEM... I like the way my legs are looking (in jeans)!

    Yes! I believe it's the squats. I've noticed the same things!

    Of course, squats are good for overall tone in your legs and butt if you are doing them properly.

    Squats rule!!!!! Legs are the largest muscles in the body and the more active they are, the more energy is used.
