Hi there,
I've been using this site for over a week and its been fabulous.
I've been wanting to lose 5 kgs for some time now and have realized since being on this site, that I haven't been eating enough!! Go figure, as I love my food. It's certainly assisting me to become more aware of the balance between carbs and fat, as well as the incidental snacks that may be healthy but f need moderation. I love that I can record my exercises and this only encourages me to to change them around, so that my body doesn't get used to the same . I wish u all luck and fun on a a more active and healthy lifestyle. Cheers scythian5
