Yo!

New to this and a bit skeptical but as with most thing in life that suck... I feel like doing it with other makes it not as bad. I am not thrilled about admitting I need to lose some weight but; It's a fact. Today is not day one for trying to eat better but it is for trying to track what I eat and actually setting a goal. Wish Me luck! I'm gonna need it.... About as bad as I want a beer today but trying to curve that consumption as well. Owning a Barbecue restaurant definitely adds to the difficulty of all of the above.
