How did/do you keep yourself focused in the early stages of eating better when it's too early to see noticeable differences?

That my body doesn't feel like junk as when all I eat is junk.
I get constipated, bloating, tired and mostly bigger.
That is what makes me love my fruits & veggies.
As well to get to my dream body I can sit on the coach wishing what my body looked like or I can slowly but surely get to that dream body one day at a time. :)

The same thing I do now: I plan what I will eat and stick to it.

I remind myself that I'm saving my body from:
    1. The high-fat food that I normally eat
    2. The tons of sugar from regular soda
    3. Diabetes, Heart Disease and other major health problems.

Having a weekly weight goal is also helpful. Even if it doesn't look like I'm losing weight, I know I am because I'm meeting my goal.
