Hey! I Have lost almost fifty pounds, And you know of course I have some saggy skin, Any creative toning routines that can hit the pooch that the girls have? and something besides the basic Plank and situps?:flowerforyou:

If you still have fat on your belly, then you need to lose more fat. If you want better muscles, do a beginner lifting routine.
