How do I manually enter the calorie count in my settings?

The doctor has me on 1450 but when I chose the lose 1, 1.5 or 2 pounds per week, it gives me way too many calories. I did it once but don't know where I was or how I changed it.

i just found this out also go under the my home tab and there should be goals and you pick manually guided goals. GL!0

Click My Home, then on Goals and then on Custom Settings. You can now input the calorie goal you want. You can also change the macro settings (carb/prtoein/fat) if you need to.0

I don't see a manual or custom goals choice in my home>goals.0
