Hello all!!
I am curious as to what different people think about weigh-in time and frequency. I know this site recommends to weigh in once a week at the same time of day, as well as if you are keeping measurements, measure once every two weeks. I guess I am just getting antsy and want to weigh myself every day to view my accomplishments in the visual/mechanical.
Is it bad to weigh yourself or measure yourself everyday? has anyone had any positive outcomes doing it that way?
BTW....I am failry new to this site and welcome any and all friend requests....one can't have enough motivation!
Happy Losing!

Its not "bad" to weigh yourself every day as long as you realize:
Your weight WILL fluctuate up and down because of "water weight" up to 5 pounds.
That can be extremely discouraging, but like i said, you have to realize and understand that.0
