I started at 299 now I'm like 198 maybe less. When I started in May I cut everything that i thought was bad I pretty much just ate oatmeal for breakfast, sandwhich and salad for lunch and chicken, brown rice and veggies for dinner with fruit for snacks in between. i walked like 5-7 nights a week carrying my daughter on my chest in a baby bjorn and lost 50-60 pounds pretty quick
Now I enjoy all foods in moderation (for the most part lol ) In September I started going high protein at the same time I started weight training (dumbbells and body weight lifts only) and I also caught a running bug. I logged 200+ miles by years end. For the last few months I have been eating between 2000-2500 cals but in December I cheated A LOT.
Now the plan is to get down to 185 by Thanksgiving (shouldnt be a problem lol) and start a bulk with a solid heavy lifting program.0 -

Thanks everyone. I really hope this post motivates others who feel like they can't do it.
I feel like it was easy cause is was just a teeny tiny part of my life in which I completly changed my life for good. Even on days my nutrition wasnt so great or I missed an exercise session I shook it off and got back on track the next day.0 -
