You're welcome! Most of them are gluten free & even vegan. Not a ton of ingredients which is crazy for how impressive they are.0 -

Love this recipe. You can replace the custard with low fat yoghurt or skip entirely. Amazingly good.
Also creme caramel made with semi-skimmed milk. Skip the pouring cream for serving in the recipe below.

i have a cusineart ice cream maker, and last night on a mad sweet hunt, i threw in some plain greek yogurt and pureed fresh strawberries and a small banana.
it
was
wonderful!!!!
after letting it go through the ice cream maker for about a half hour, then sit in the freezer for about a half hour, it was like a delicious creamy strawberry ice cream. there are so many flavor combos, you could do plain greek, a bit of peanut butter, and a pureed banana and i bet that'd be delicious. totally cured my must-have-sweets madness.0 -
If you have a Kindle reader, here is a 100 cal dessert cook book that is free right now, not sure if it's just free today or not: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AXHNJVW/?tag=dded-20
Also I have a Pinterest board of healthy South Beach friendly dessert recipes here: www.pinterest.com/issypal0 -
I just ate a Jello Temptations key lime pie pudding. Small cup with a lot of taste and I was surprised it is not sugar free considering it had only 80 calories. Best 80 calories i ever spent.
Normally I go for the ff sf puddings made with skim milk, and a little light or free cool whip.
Blueberries with cool whip topping is good also0 -

Half a cup serving of Jello Instant No fat no sugar pudding. Make it with skim milk. I got the idea from Nutrisystem. They have an instant pudding dessert in their mix. I discovered I could do the same thing with Jello on the open market for way less money.0

Black bean brownies!

I usually skip the oil part of the recipe and use only 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also normally swirl in natural peanut butter before baking and don't normally add the chocolate chips.
Or, Peanut butter swirl brownies

I have made this before as well, delicious and more of a fudge texture. I cut the sugar and added unsweetened applesauce but I can't remember the ratio right now. I also used 0% fat greek yogurt instead of the one she suggested.0 -
For cookies, you can always add in 1/3 whole wheat, same with pancakes... even more if you wish. And add oats to these as well. Even for cookies that are not oatmeal cookise, add a little bit. Make cookies with dark chocolate or any myriad of dried fruit. Do pan cookies if you wish.0

Cottage cheese. Sugar-free jelly mix. Ice cubes, and something if your choice (frozen fruit, chocolate, etc).
Stick it in a blender and whir up until really thick and the ice cubes are completely crushed. Then stick in the freeze for a few hours to chill; every half hour, stir it to prevent it become a block of ice.
Serve on a frozen banana.omnomnom.0 -
Slice of Sara Lee pound cake (1 / 12 of cake), 3 large strawberries cut up, 2TBL RediWhip. Under 200 calories. Had it for dessert tonite.0

The black bean bownies are so amazing...so much moister and I actually prefer them over regular brownies!
Otherwise, I eat whatever dessert I want. I'm a big fan of homemade smores, I use semi sweet chocolate chips and cook my marshmellows under the broiler in my over.0 -
some really Great Ideas thank you so much everyone0

Those all look amazing, but I imagine the calorie counts are pretty high, though the use of natural ingredients is always a major plus.
I am afraid I would probably make and end up eating the whole lot, lol.0
