Anyone who has moved more and eaten less has gotten results ;)

Absolutely......just wondering if it's worth the $$ or if I should just go back to jogging (which is free).

I haven't done Les Mills but I've done other Beachbody programmes. At the moment I'm doing Insanity and I'm starting a P90 / P90X challenge group within the next few weeks if you'd be interested in that? You can't really go wrong with Beachbody programmes. If you order the DVDs from the website then you get a 30-day guarantee so you can try it and send it back if you don't like it. I'm a Beachbody coach by the way so let me know if you have any questions!

you might guess my bias (well i sorta hope) but the best exercise for looking good naked, if that happens to be your goal, is resistance training. do that to preserve\gain muscle size and strength (along with the unseen benefits like increased bone density, mental fortitude, etc.), and create a calorie deficit. cardio is an optional way to help create the deficit.

I haven't but I know people that have. Granted they were already kinda slim and had done their fat burning stage but they increased muscle nicely. I'm just not committed enough yet to spend that type of money on a fitness program but it does work...if stuck to.

    edited too add....

As beach body people say..."just hit play" every day.
