Vitamins and fish oil?

What are the best names if I want to take a multivitamin? I was taking One-A-Day women, but ran out and can't get more at the moment. And why is fish oil so good for you? I keep hearing that it's awesome but not quite sure why. And yes, I do realize I can Google it, but I wanted to get opinions and replies from those who have taken or are taking them now.

    True. I might be lacking something because of the hair loss that's been happening for a long time now. That could be a mixture of things like being a low calorie diet for too long, not enough protein, not enough fats and too much cardio in the past.

    Omega-3s especially the long chain format benefit every cell in the body. They are incorporated into cell membranes, are powerful anti inflammatories (inflammation is implicated in numerous health complaints) and influence the function of the immune system and many hormones (control everything from appetite to sleep, not just the male/ female stuff).

    The fish oil pills could be something I could take. I think the vitamin pills are not a must.

    You can get triple strength fish body oils if you are dieting and don't want to add too much extra fat or swallow a ton of horse sized pills. The actual fish is even better: protein, vitamins like D which many of us need in the winter, even some minerals.
