Training for the mini. Would love your advice!

So my mini marathon training group meets 4 days a week. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat. It just started this past Saturday. I also, however, go to a 50 minute cross fit-style class on Tuesday and Thursdays. I'm not macho enough to do both the run and the cross training on Thursday. They're within an hour of each other. So what do you think, fitness experts/enthusiasts? Run or crossfit on Thursdays? I hate to miss a scheduled run, but I also really love my cross training. What would be most beneficial?
