Dress Time

Hello everyone,
I have a tight dress I have to wear in about two and a half weeks. I currently weigh 120 pounds and would like to drop at least three before then. I am 5'5". Any helpful advice? I cross country ski for about 45 minutes every day and am starting to incorporate some ab workouts as well. Thank you!

  • Just be good about not overeating between now and then and keep up with your fitness habits.
    Worse case scenario, because 2 weeks and 3 pounds is kinda hard for those who don't have much to lose, buy some shape wear!
