New here and beginning my transformation!

I am new here an to this journey I'm about to begin! I am a 25 year old mom who has struggled with her weight for YEARS. After having my son it has only gotten exponentially worse. I now weigh 230 pounds and am aiming to lose 90 to 100 pounds. I would like to try to do it in a year and I know I can do it with a good plan and accountability!
I would live to be able to lose the weight and join the navy! I have wanted to join the navy since high school but decided to try the college route first. It's crazy how your path can change!

Please message me tips, encouragement, personal stories... Anything!

    Having a goal like joining the Navy is amazing! Are you implementing an exercise routine into your life? As a mom I can imagine you may not have very much time, I would recommend an exercise dvd that you could do for 30 mins and then build on that.

    You have to start somewhere and MyFitnessPal is a great resource to build good habits and get motivated.
