Hello , I'm Shavonna I just started my account with mfp about a week ago, so I'm new to all this! It's been very exciting and complicated at the same time! If anyone out there know of any tricks and easier ways to document food and exercise please let me know I'll greatly appreciate it. I'm so ready to start living a healthier, positive lifestyle looking for supportive, motivating, and positive people to uplift me and keep me going I know being self motivated is important but having that support from others can truly make a difference so I'm very excited about this journey don't hesitate to message me!     Hi, I am new at this also. I started January 4, 2013. So far it has been fun . It is helping me keep track of the food that I eat. We can do this together. It will help with a partner. That way we will be able to share different meals.
