haha - I am 38 and I think all of us 30somethings are neck deep in raising kids and workinga nd commuting. LOL... We haven't figured out the art of slowing down yet. I will say I love my 30s.

38 years old...but I usually say "I'm almost 40" (Yep I am rare! LOL Age has never bothered me)

i've embraced that attitude as well. i freaked out a little about 30, and then i quickly realized how stupid it was to do that. in fact, it gave me motivation to finally stop being an overweight dude who sat around eating too much and to transform into a nonsmoking exercise freak. i like it.
