Hello guys so I post every now and then In the forums... Today I decided to show what 8 months of hard work and dedication could get you When I started MFP I stayed looking in the forums at the success stories thinking gosh I wish one day that could be me, I wish I could loose that much weight, I wish I could have that body and so on never would have thought I would have wonderful people asking me how I lost weight I was always on the other end drilling people on how they lost their weight but as of today I have successfully lost 27 pounds in 8 month was it easy? heck no It wasn't there was so many days I wanted to quit and just say forget it then I thought about everyone that I seen publishing a success story and how happy they looked, I thought about all my friends on my fitness pal motivating and providing support for me each and everyday that I couldn't give up and I really do thank all of my friends that have been with me since May. I'm currently doing ChaLean Extreme and lifting heavy weights, heavy weight lifting really make a big difference I'm not finished and I want stop till I have that Jamie Eason body LOL but here are some pics of me

Great job - you definitely have shrunk. I agree that somedays I think to myself, this is too hard and want to just eat what I want, when I want and not exercise. But I'm hoping this time I stick with it. I love looking into the forum at the before and after pictures. You can never stop trying. :flowerforyou:
