no such thing as dieting

I say this because all of you know that eating to live rather than living to eat are two different things. What is working for me this time is I cut out all the white stuff, ie. sugar, flour, pasta, starch. Started eating more fresh veggies and fruit and fish. I also started to exercise, 20min. x 2 a day. My current weight is 167-my goal is 138. Wish me luck. later gators.
