Fat Flush Plan

I just ordered the book "Fat Flush Plan." I'm planning on starting "Phase I" on Monday. Has anyone tried this plan or read the book? The science behind it seems very interesting but the plan itself is a little severe. Pros? Cons?

I don't know what it is, but it sounds dangerous. The only safe, healthy way to lose weight is to eat at a caloric deficit (but more than BMR). You can't flush fat. Well, maybe with liposuction, you can.0

This is basically a low carb diet. And of course when you low carb for a short time, you deplete your water and glycogen storage. Once you eat carbs again, you'll restore the lost glycogen.
If you aren't going to eat this way the rest of your life, then bag it or it'll be just another yo yo diet you do.
