Dash Diet

I absolutely love this way of dieting. I've pretty much gone vegetarian now. I only eat fish 2 or 3 times a week now. I've never felt so good and could totally see this as a lifestyle. I'm not starving or craving and the weight is slowly but surely going down without too much effort.

Anyone else out there using the Dash Diet guide lines?:smile:
