Stretching recommendations?

Hi. I've hurt my thigh muscle again during a Jillian Michaels workout. have the feeling that there is not enough cool down time/exercises for me at the end.
I don't really know of any stretching exercises except the ones she does for my legs.
Any tips please? Thanks.
