Binge Eating?

Anyone else suffer from this? I'm really trying to get a hold of it. Maybe we can motivate each other, or help each other find distractions.

    Yes.... I go through phases of binge eating, it used to be really bad when I was in my late teens/early 20s. Now I still do it but not as regularly.
