I'm pretty happy with my weight loss, I don't want to really lose any more, I still have a tummy flap. It sounds gross it just hangs. I do cardio and a bit of sculpting with weights.
Should I be doing alot of planks?
Has anyone had success with losing the tummy hang. what did you do?
I have heard the only option is tummy tuck:(
There has to be another way .

Is the "flap" shrinking as you lose weight? If so, keep going with what you're doing.0

I have exactly the same problem and would love to know if there is any non-surgical that I can do. Sorry I don't have any answers for you but would be great if someone else did0

I would say "it's a pleasure" but it really wasn't. I clicked on google images and saw surgery pictures. :sick:0 -

That's the way your body works. Keep training, stay focused, be patient.0 -

As you maintain weight and continue with proper nutrition and smart exercise, your body will recomp, and the flab will shrink.
It takes a lot of time.
The supplied info will help.
You could also google Body Recomposition and read some articles.
Just don't buy anything anybody is selling :bigsmile:0 -
Just keep at it and give it time...mine went from a flap, to a lot of wrinkles, to small wrinkles which I still have, but they seem to be ever so slowly going away...it seems to take years for the skin to shrink back up, but it will happen, just keep at it!!!0

Most importantly, congrats on your awesome weight loss!
The typical tips I hear are to drink lots of water and moisturize the area. You want your skin to be in tip-top shape so that it has the best chance of springing back. Age and genetics also have a lot to do with how easily your skin can rebound from the weight loss.
I'd add that any strength training you do is only going to help get things moving along. There's no magic cure, but I can pretty much guarantee you'll be happier with your body with strength training than without. Good luck!0
