I have a smoothie for breakfast 5 days a week. Mine has:

4 oz coconut milk (I'm dairy free.)
    half a banana
    1/3 cup Ultimate Meal powder
    1/2 tbsp Blackstrap molasses
    1/2 cup water
    2 ounces of water

and then on alternate days I add either papaya and pomegranite or pears. Delicious! And it really makes me feel good all day long!

Sugar fee pudding (dry mix) is a great way to thicken too. My favorite is

1/2 package sugar free white chocolate
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    almond milk
    ice
    (protein powder if desired)

Blend into a white chocolate Reese cup smoothie.

When bananas are darkening, put them in the freezer and they are great to add to smoothies too.

I like to use this basic recipe:
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit ( what ever you like or have on hand)
1/2 cup liquid (milk or juice)

    Sometimes I'll add:
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
or 1/4 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
The spinach blends right in and if you use tart fruit you don't taste it at all.
Adding rolled oats will help keep me full longer.

Thickening it up with some ice works well too.
