Going for an Indian this weekend help!!!

So I am back on the MFP bandwagon this week and actually looking forward to what my next delicious healthy meal is going to be. This weekend I have been invited to an Indian restaurant for a leaving party & hardly think my normal choice - chick tikka massala & peshwari naan - are hardly the best choices.

Would really appreciate some healthier (but yummy) alternatives you can get at an Indian!! If you happen to know the calories roughly that's even better!

    some guidelines would be: choose tomato based sauces over those that contain cream or even go for tandoori stuff, ditch the nann unless you have the calories for it and you can choose boiled basmati rice over fried, doesn't taste any different to me. If going for a starter then i'd choose some poppadom and spiced onions over deep fried pakora etc. I personally like curries such as dopiaza, rogan josh, balti or bhuna. Enjoy.
