Hi everyone! What's your menu looking like today? For me:
Breakfast: Dairylea Dunkers and an apple
Lunch: Cheese and smoked ham cornets x 3 (just rolled together- yum and low carb!) and almonds
Dinner: chilli con carne with lots of different beans cooked in, rather than just kidney beans
Snacks: Melba toast with cream cheese and veg crudites with piri piri hummus
Drinks: OJ, tea, milk, coffee, water
Exercise: walking the dog (45minutes at moderate 3mph)

Breakfast: pancakes and sausage
Lunch: a couple of protein bars
Dinner: KC Strip, baked potato and spinach
Snacks: probably not today
Dessert: a bit of rainbow sherbet0 -
B Fruit & fibre with ss milk
L carrot & coriander soup, 2 small slices of whmeal toast with laughing cow light cheese triangle
D sausages, scrambled eggs, tomato, mushrooms, beans, mini potato waffles
S yoghurt
Dr tea, herbal tea, water
Ex none yet, but will be walking dog later0 -
B: eggs (one whole, 2 whites) scrambled with mushrooms, spinach and a little stilton cheese leftover from Christmas.
am snack: 2 crackerbread with a dairylea triangle, and a babybel light
Lunch: home made bean and vegetable soup, graze box after dinner mint
pm snack; ryvita minis
Dinner: vegetable curry
drinks: tea and water
Exercise: Scottish dance class.0
