Motivation Please Help!

Ok! I am determind to get back onto the weight loss program, I have put 2 pounds back on over christmas which is not that bad, but I have today started again, only had one coffee and lots of squash 1000ml to be exact (only because my bottle tells me), also oat so simple porridge, I am feeling really bloated again at the moment and not liking the look or the feel.

Any motivational tips would be good, thinking of getting the Davina App, so wondered if anyone has tried this out.

    I think it's brilliant that you are wanting to get in shape and that's the first step in a long journey. But patience please!

    Set yourself some little easily achievable goals like exercise for 20 minutes three days a week, eat three portions of fruit and veg for three days in a row, or stick to your calorie levels as recommended by MFP. Build these up.

    Tracking the food going in and the exercise taken is key and that's what I like about this site.

    Eat your calories, you need to keep fueling yourself. Eat slowly. Eat when you are hungry and until you are full.

    Take some time to congratulate yourself on what you are achieving - all that praise does your soul good!
