    try and google a gilato recipe, I believe it's fewer in calories as well as fat. Good luck.

    If you like the taste of bananas: peel them when they get very ripe, freeze them and crush them in the magic bullet or other food processor. The consistency is just like ice cream :) I usually eat it plain, but I guess you could add cinnamon, or cocoa, or vanilla, etc... to flavor it. No need for sugar :bigsmile: !
