Sexy at Sixty - Need support

My mantra this year to keep me going is "Sexy at Sixty".

If you're turning 60 in 2013, younger and want to be fit at 60 and wonder how "old foggies" do it, or over 60 and committed to getting healthy this year, please friend me. I'm a great cheerleader and going to need a cheering squad too!
