I think your diary looks pretty good. Confused about last Saturday, not sure hoe someone can burn 1800 calories exercising. Lol. But generally, it seems u r doing well.0

The only thing that I can see is you should switch up your calories. More in the first part of the day and less in the afternoon and evening. If you eat more in the first part of the day your body is active and burns more calories. If you eat the larger portion in the last part you are not as active. I don't kow about your but I tend to sit on the couch and watch TV after dinner. Good luck, I hope this helps.0

Before I start I AM NOT AN EXPERT just someone that is learning from experience,
Try an keep your 'good' fats (unsalted nuts fishoils etc) at around 20% and your protein and carbs around 40% each and keep trans fats as low as possible because they are the ones that WILL clog arteries!
Alot of people are scared of the word 'fat' especially on a diet, There is so much stigma that 'fat' is bad but this is not true of good fats, I mean squirrels eat nuts all day long and I have never saw a fat squirrel lol Our bodies need fats for energy and the likes of omega 3's for heathy hearts etc.
Protein is a good :-) High-protein foods take more work to digest, metabolize, and use, which means you burn more calories processing them. They also take longer to leave your stomach, so you feel full sooner and for a longer amount of time which if you are anything like me is a good thing because I used to be hungry all the time even though I never stopped eating!!
Carbs!!! well I am going to contradict myself here lol I have been on diets where taking in the same amount of carbs as protein and lower fats has led to weight loss BUT the weight loss was very smal amounts (even gaining weight some weeks) and never really lasted and I hit a plateau (weight stopped coming off) For ME and it might not be the same for you some low carb weeks are needed to see weight loss introducing carbs back in gradually and my weight loss continues even though I am eating more carbs? (maybe i have a weird body lol) But I would suggest try and keep carbs around 40% same as your protein and fats around 20% and if it is not working lower your carbs slightly but keep protein high :-)
Throw in some resistance training to promote healthy lean muscle (More muscle your body has the more fuel it needs) as well as your cardio walks, also try to do some interval training as this will boost your weight loss and also take half the time as a normal workout and get you a little fitter :-)
Running, walking, jogging for long periods of time whether its on a treadmill or outside just get you better at running, walking, jogging and can also reduce the muscles in the body!
Your diet looks ok but try switch from canned foods, crisps, high saturated fatty foods to whole natural foods, Take fish oils for some healthy fats, Eat some nuts or fish for more fats, eat brown rice for carbs or sweet potato instead of white for carbs, eat chicken breast for protein or Seafood for protein, cook foods without sunflower oils use olive oils/0 cal sprays and MOST IMPORTANTLY do what works for YOU.
I am not saying never have this or that as we a like a treat now and then :-)
Hope this helps you out
**Disclaimer** To the 'haters' that might not agree with what I am saying, This is only MY opinion and works for ME. I am not an expert and dont claim to be :-)0
