Hello everyone,

How often do you adjust your settings?

Since about 2 months ago, I've noticed that I haven't been meeting my cardiovascular exercise minutes per day goal, and adjusted down or up depending. I decided to try this when my weight loss stymied. I found it was a great help to my calories per day, which went down since I wasn't working out as much.

Originally I was doing 90 minutes of cardiovascular exercises a day, 20-30 minutes in the morning, a 30-40 minute walk at work and then about 30-40 minutes at the gym. Since the weather got colder I haven't done the walk at work, and noticed that even when I was hitting my target calories my weight was in constant flux.

I decided to go down to 60 minutes 5 times a week, but am really only able to get in about 40 minutes a day.

Anyone else tried this? How did your calorie count per day change? Has it been beneficial at all?
