I just joined a few days ago (started tracking my food on Friday). So far I've done great in tracking everything I eat, hopefully I can keep this up. I have been doing pretty good keeping up with my cardio too, went to the gym the last 3 days. I just need to figure out a good strength training routine. I joined weight watchers after my daughter was born and lost 35 pounds while nursing. When she was 10 months old we moved and I stopped nursing. We lived in hotels and ate out most every day for almost 2 months. I gained most of the lost weight right back in just a couple months. Now that I am not nursing I am not having any luck with weight watchers. I am hoping to have better luck with mfp.
