need:
1 large can of crushed tomato's
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 packet of great value italian style spaghetti seasoning
garlic powder (to taste preferred)
italian seasonings (to taste preferred)
onion powder (to taste preferred)
1 pound of extra ground meat 93/7
1 box of whole wheat spaghetti
16 oz of water
combine tomatos and spices in a 6 quart crock. spaghetti seasonings, Italian seasoning, garlic, and onion powder and turn on high heat and cover. brown meat, chop, drain and add to crock pot (you can add seasoing to meant too or real onions and garlic too). an hour or so later add 160z. of water and noodles and wait an hour. spaghetti is done when noodles are limp. enjoy :-)
