Recent change in activity, how to adjust calories?

I've had my activity level set at sedentary because I was just home all day with my 2 year old and then going walking and eating back my calories burned walking.
I just started a new job this week where I work as a stocker in a Lowe's/Home Depot type store. I spend my day walking around pulling either pallets or large carts and often stocking items that weigh over 70 lbs. Now I am ravenously hungry and doing the whole binge eating thing because I am just hungry all the time. I obviously need to reset my calorie goals, when I switched to lightly active the calorie counter here only gave me another 70 calories. Where should I calculate this so I can set it up manually?

You can either set it to active or lower your goal to lose 1/2lb a week instead of 1lb or whatever your current goal is.0
